By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation. Content and design on the site are owned by Ninjutsu Studios unless otherwise noted.

The Website Project Estimator returns a preliminary range based on the answers you submit. It is not a binding quote, not a contract, and not confirmation of production availability. A final scope and deposit are only requested after a manual project review and a written scope you approve.

The Website Opportunity Audit is a $99 one-time service. Because delivery begins as soon as we start reviewing your site, refunds are handled as follows:

• Before work has begun: if you have not yet submitted the intake form, or if intake has been submitted but we have not started the review, you may request a full refund by contacting us.
• After the audit has been delivered: the audit is a completed deliverable and is generally non-refundable. If something is materially missing or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.
• Duplicate charges or technical errors: always refundable.
• Project credit: the $99 audit fee is credited toward a qualifying website project started within 14 days of delivery, at our discretion.

Website design, Launch Site, Lead Engine and Custom Business System projects are governed by a separate written scope and deposit terms provided at the time of engagement.

Ninjutsu Studios does not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volume or business outcomes. Estimated timelines are informed by scope and cannot account for every third-party dependency.

The site relies on third-party services (for example hosting, database, payment processing, analytics). Their availability and terms are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ninjutsu Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the services offered on it.
