Draft privacy notice describing what Ninjutsu Studios collects on this website and why.

Last updated: Draft — pending owner review

Who this notice covers

This notice describes how Ninjutsu Studios (“we”, “our”) handles information collected on this website, including the Website Project Estimator, the Website Opportunity Audit checkout and any contact forms.

Information you provide

When you complete the Website Project Estimator or intake form, we collect the answers you submit — for example business name, email, service area, project goals and pages or features you are considering. When you purchase the Website Opportunity Audit, our payment processor also collects the information needed to process the transaction.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site we may record standard access data such as pages viewed, the page you arrived from, general device and browser information, and campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content) present in the URL. This helps us understand which pages are useful and which campaigns bring visitors.

First-party analytics events never include names, email addresses, phone numbers, website form text or private business requirements.

Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies and browser storage are used to keep forms, checkout and security features working. Advertising and analytics tracking is only loaded after you agree through the on-site preferences panel. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time from the preferences link in the footer.

Payments

Purchases of the Website Opportunity Audit are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered directly into Stripe’s hosted fields and are not stored on Ninjutsu Studios servers.

How we use information

We use submitted information to prepare a preliminary project range, follow up about your project, deliver purchased services and improve the site. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the site and deliver services (for example hosting, database, email, payment processing). We may also share information if required by law.

Retention

Estimator submissions and audit intake responses are retained while a project is active or under consideration and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information you submitted, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask a question about how it is used, by contacting us. Applicable state or country laws may give you additional rights.

Contact

To reach us about this notice, use the contact information published on the site once available. This draft will be updated with a permanent contact address before launch.
